Platform Contract
The OpenClacky marketplace is open to all creators. You can start with no upfront requirements and enter a revenue-sharing agreement once your distribution grows.
Free Start
The first 10 Licenses are completely free, with no contract or review required:
- The platform automatically generates Licenses after you publish a Skill
- You can distribute the first 10 Licenses to users for free, with no charges or revenue sharing
- Use them to validate your Skill, build an initial user base, and collect feedback
These 10 free Licenses are a starter resource provided to every creator so you can refine your product and build a reputation.
Contract Requirement
Starting with the 11th License, you must complete the platform contract before generating additional Licenses:

How to Sign
The entire process is completed online, with no offline coordination required:
- Receive a contract prompt at openclacky.com/dashboard
- Enter your creator information, including your name or company name, contact details, and payment information
- Read and accept the Creator Cooperation Agreement online
- Submit the information for platform review
Once approved, the contract takes effect immediately and you can continue generating new Licenses.
Review
The review primarily verifies that:
- The creator's identity is valid
- The Skill complies with content requirements and does not contain prohibited or infringing material
- Payment information is accurate and usable
The platform will complete the review and notify you of the result within three business days.
Revenue Sharing After Signing
After signing, the platform shares revenue from License sales with the creator. See Pricing & Revenue → for the applicable percentage.
